Except at the start of a sentence, the e- is lower case and hyphenated:

e-commerce
e-mail
Computer terms are also usually lower case:

laptop
online


the net (and internet)
the web, website and world wide web


Cyber-terms are also lower case:
cyber-attack
cyber-soccer
cybernetics
cyberspace
cyberwars


CD-ROM should be set in small capitals.
